PÜRLIFE offers a limited lifetime warranty on the number of negative ions in authentic PÜRLIFE products purchased through this website or an authorized retailer.
Coverage and exclusions
Products with manufacturing defects may qualify for an exchange within 90 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, breakage from wearing the product, mistreatment, misuse, intentional damage, or lost or stolen merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are not covered.
